Slow delivery
This is my first order at Le Col, and the experience is not great.
The prices are the same or higher as with other competitors, but the service and especially the delivery times are too long.
I placed my order one week ago, and there is absolutely no movement. It is still in the 'confirmed' state. I've reached the support and got reassurance that the order will be processed soon. With another competitor (also from Italy), I got my order within 3-4 days.
Meanwhile, every day I receive a marketing email from them about 'last chances' and 'super discounts.' Not sure what is the point of such aggressive sales if they can't process orders.
I can't say anything about the quality of the cycling outfit, and I hope it won't be a negative surprise.

Great Kit - Poor Delivery
Slow to despatch - from order placed 15/1, to courier receiving 27/1 - 10 working days - Le Col normally despatch within 3 to 5 working days or 7 to 10 during busier periods
Evri finally recd the package on 27/1, and took four days to deliver a scheduled next day delivery originally scheduled for 28/1 (their date)
Parcel finally received today 30/1
Total 15 days from order to receiving
Pretty rubbish overall and reflects other recent poor delivery reviews
Le Col customer services response was speedy but does not make up for the overall poor experience
Product review but NO product
I received an email asking how I liked my purchase. I cannot rate what I don’t have. It’s been a month. I suppose my purchase will arrive by summer… when I no longer need them!

Poor company to deal with:
Almost 2 weeks now and order still not arrived.
Contacted customer service and just got standard terms and conditions thrown at me.
The advisor was not willing to do anything to make me happy. Not even refund the shipping charge.

Le Col is a legitimate company
Le Col is a legitimate company. Good customer support. Sizing is adequate. Patterns are fantastic. We already have repeat orders and coming ones soon. Sale is superb. Thank you!

Will never purchase anything again from La-Col … Took over a week to get product …
And I had to pay for product to be returned…
Will stick with Rapha… Much more reliable company
complete clickbait fake site
got a voucher from Strava and tried to use it to order some items on LeCol. Gave them my order, shipping details, joined the membership with dat of birth ordered the required amount of stuff to use the voucher. As soon as i placed the order it was cancelled. No reason given. So my conclusion is that it is a total clickbait site and I've contacted Strava to let them know I think they should delete this fake offer

Love the Le Col brand and the clothing, everything s good, there are delays in shipping sale goods which I understand but when buying full priced items why am I waiting the same time ... This is my only issue.. their customer service is excellent and I have found them thoroughly perfect ..

Returns are not refunded fully
Warning, LeCol will not refund you the value of the good purchased despite approved returns. This is a breach of consumer rights on online purchases. I have had no response on multiple attempts to resolve with Le Col. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. Very arrogant and aggressive. Also i have ordered here in the UK 3 weeks ago a stuff which worth 200 £ and not received yet! Do not recommend. I ordered a jersey and tights as part…
I ordered a jersey and tights as part of a bundle. The jersey wasn’t as thick as I expected so I returned it using Le Cols return system.
Firstly the package went missing for approximately 4 weeks. I phoned and emailed 2 or 3 times a week to chase it up. Eventually I was informed that the package had reached Le Col. Brilliant, I thought!
Again I waited. Heard nothing from Le Col, so I emailed them. Got an email back saying they were looking into it. Heard nothing again, emailed again. It’s now all gone very quiet!
Quite honestly this has been the worst online shopping experience of my life.
The tights are a good product. The returns and customer service is terrible in my experience.

Why am I writing a review here ?
Simply put, Le Col refused to publish mine, even had a email about it. Was my review that they censored bad ? YES. was it directed directly at them NO. Would I buy from Le Col again probably NO. Have had too many issues with stitching. 4 items todate and the newest isn't looking promising. Items never arrived on my last order.

Awful service
Awful service. Ordered a jersey and bib shorts, still over a week later my order has not even been despatched and even after several messages chasing and messaging on Instagram (and the messages were read!) no reply!! Disgusted
NO Delivery - where is customer service?
Paid for goods on 26/11/22 but not delivered despite showing dispatch. Any customer service contact is unfindable. Very poor service if you can't get hold of them. Going back to Sigma and Castelli.
